A multinational Mass Media Financial Data Vendor engaged one of the Gracechurch Co-Founders to manage the deployment of their Risk Aggregation Tool, at a renown European Exchange.

Working directly with the European Exchange’s Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), the Gracechurch Co-Founder ensured that the ambition of CCO was translated into the day to day direction and management of the delivery team.  

Whilst key deliverables through the project lifecycle included;

• Requirements definition 
• Data Model definition 
• Workflow design
• MI & Reporting design
• Tool configuration 
• Training

The overall project was executed using an Agile methodology; creating iterative Proofs of Concepts (PoC), with each (PoC) enriching the overall functionality and usability of the solution. This approach enabled the CCO, through a series of ‘Show and Tell sessions, to continuously verify the overall direction of travel, and also refine their requirements with minimal impact on the overall time and cost of the project.  

Upon completion, the CCO inherited a system that not only fully met their expectations; a dashboard based view of all current and historic, internal and external, compliance findings, but also a system that was sufficiently familiar that minimal training was required upon handover.
